Where do you ship?
We ship to locations in the U.S., as well as international addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, VI, Alaska, Hawaii & US Virgin Islands at this time.
Do you ship to international addresses?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Do I qualify for Free Shipping?
Yes! Currently, Magic Rugs offers Free Shipping on all purchases delivered to the continental U.S. - Wow!
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
If you are shipping to an address NOT located in North Carolina, you do not have to pay sales tax, Woohoo! If you are located in North Carolina, you can always come to visit our showroom in Charlotte! But, unfortunately, we are obligated to charge sales tax for our NC patrons at this time. (Super bummer!)
How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer Free Shipping for all purchases to the continental U.S. (That means we'll ship for free to the 48 states attached by land. :)
For delivery addresses to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and international customers, please contact us for an estimated shipping charge.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes, we do! Please contact us for details and to coordinate an expedited shipment.
Will I receive a Tracking Number for my purchase?
You bet. When your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via the email provided at the time of purchase.
When will my rugs be shipped?
All orders are processed and ready for shipment one business day after the order is confirmed.
When will my rugs be delivered?
Rugs shipped within the continental U.S. are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days after completing your order. (Wow, that's fast!) However, keep in mind that all rugs are shipped from our showroom in Charlotte, NC, so shipping times will vary based on your distance from North Carolina. If you have any questions, please contact us!
What carrier will deliver my rugs?
All orders are shipped by FedEx.
What if my rug arrives damaged or is lost?
No worries. All our rugs are insured. If your rug is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
What if I am not happy with my order when it arrives?
It's okay! We get it! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we encourage you to exchange or return your order. You can learn more about Returns and Exchanges here. Always feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.
